2. The M3 Growth Partnership
For creators entering into an official Institutional Co-Founder agreement with MMM, specific legal contracts detailing equity structures, revenue share, intellectual property (IP) assignments, and operational obligations will supersede these general website terms. All such contracts are governed by the Indian Contract Act, 1872.
3. Independent Services
For non-members utilizing our independent paid services (e.g., editing, scriptwriting, brand deal facilitation at straight commission), the deliverables, payment terms, and confidentiality clauses will be governed by individual service agreements.
4. Limitation of Liability
MMM shall not be held responsible for any damages arising out of or in connection with the use of this website. This includes, without limitation, direct loss, loss of business or profits (whether or not the loss of such profits was foreseeable), damage to your computer software, systems and programs and the data thereon.
5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India, and you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Hyderabad, Telangana for the resolution of any disputes.
